【Question One】：How could you provide service to us if we are neither in Taiwan, nor in China?

【Reply One】：We need only the BLDC Motor from you then we could provide the customized BLDC Motor Control Board in 2 weeks. To start our cooperation, we'll fly to your factory and do demonstration with our true heart.


【Question Two】：Do you really make your own BLDc Control IC? Not the TI, Rohm, or Infineon?

【Reply Two】：Yes. We do have our own BLDC Control IC (MCU) which is made in Taiwan by famous IC OEM factory. We design the specific circuit and write our own firmware code to ensure the best performance of BLDC Motor Control Board.


【Question Three】：How could you ship the products? Is it possible to make the PCBA in our own country.

【Reply Three】：Yes. We could provide you the 0% Customer-Tax products by excellent PCBA OEM factory in China. And we'll also proceed the QC process by own own employee to ensure the quality. After the 6 months cooperation, we could start to exam this within much more detail.


【Question Four】：Do you accept the OPEN ACCOUNT order?

【Reply Four】：Yes. We accept the longest OA payment within 90 days for our biggest customer.


【Question Five】：Do you accept the partial shipping with 1 year long term order?

【Reply Five】：Yes. Some of our customers provide their warehouse and we shipped at once but charged partially.


【Question Six】：What is your average L/T?

【Reply Six】：The standard shipping time is 2 weeks, and if there is any request, we could ship in 1 week.


【Question Seven】：We have our own PCB SMT production line, so is it possible for you to sell only the BLDC Control IC to us? Not the BLDC Motor Control Board.

【Reply Seven】：Yes. To sell only the BLDC Control Board IC is also possible. But we'd like to suggest you to buy our BLDC Control Board for the first cooperation phase, then we help you to design/manufacture your own board.
